TERMS & CONDITIONS The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab Ltd. (hereinafter called TOUR ORGANIZERS) act only as agents for owners or contractors providing means of transportation, hotels, restaurants and/or other services and assume no responsibility in connection with any injury, damage, loss, loss of life, accident or delay resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, breakdown in machinery or equipment, hostilities, civil disturbances, epidemics and TDCP will not be liable to pay any amount of concerned individual or tourist. The TOUR ORGANIZERS shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the tour members as a result of any foregoing clauses. The TOUR ORGANIZERS reserve the right to accept or cancel the tour and their liability will be limited to the full refund of the amount received. The TOUR ORGANIZERS have the right to change tour program if necessary. MODE OF PAYMENT Full payment in advance will only be accepted in cash or bank draft in favor of the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab Ltd. Lahore. In case of single room required, 40% of tour price will be charged extra. Booking should be made at least 30 days prior to departure date. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY In case of delay or cancellation by TDCP due to unavoidable circumstances our liability will be restricted to full refund of the amount received. If client desires to change or cancel the tour, written notice should be received to our head office, TIC or agent prior to departure. Refund will be made as per following policy: - More than 15 days prior to departure.........95% - 5-10 days prior to departure......................50% - 3 days prior to departure..........................25% - Less than 3 days prior to departure...........NO REFUND For the services offered by TDCP but not utilized by the participant, no refund will be given. CHILDREN DISCOUNT Children (under 12 years) accompanying parents/guardians will be offered 25% discount. The Children discount will be offered to a maximum of three children. More than three children will be charged full amount. Extra bed in the hotel will be provided in the shape of a foam mattress. Infants (under 2 years) free of cost but no separate seat in transport and no separate bed in hotel will be provided. I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the tour.
